Bear Care App

We led the branding and content strategy for Bear Care, a digital app created to help families keep their loved ones safe and informed—by centralizing medical histories, genetic information, and emergency contacts in one secure, shareable space.

Our creative direction began with the development of a soft, reassuring visual identity. Inspired by the emotional weight of care and the simplicity of daily life, we crafted a visual system built on rounded typography, neutral whites, and a warm, familiar symbol: a teddy bear. Designed to feel more like a gesture of protection than a piece of tech, every visual element was chosen to evoke safety, trust, and quiet presence.

To further anchor the brand’s emotional resonance, we created marketing visuals that blend everyday intimacy with clarity: hands holding a phone, family moments, and calming interfaces. Each touchpoint reinforces the core message—“you’re safe here, and so is your information.”

We also developed a layered content strategy to introduce Bear Care as both useful and emotionally grounded:

Family Safety Education – Informative content explaining the value of medical records, genetic awareness, and accessible emergency contacts.

Daily Peace of Mind – Subtle reminders and features that integrate into real family life, like notifications to update records or share new info with loved ones.

Emotional Connection – Stories, micro-moments, and community posts highlighting how care isn’t just about data—it’s about the people behind it.

Crisis Preparedness – Seasonal campaigns that guide users through common emergencies, from allergy season to first aid readiness.

All content was designed with intentionality—made to ease anxiety, simplify complexity, and support the caregiving role without adding mental load.

With Bear Care, our goal was to create more than just a health-tech tool. We built a brand that honors the invisible labor of love in every household. The result is a thoughtful, grounded digital presence that feels as safe as the hands it was built for.
