Branding, Content Strategy & Social Media Campaign

We handled the branding, content strategy, and promotional campaign for Lunacycle, a women-focused fitness app offering personalized workout plans aligned with the menstrual cycle. Our approach was rooted in helping the brand communicate empowerment, flexibility, and balance—while positioning Lunacycle as a science-based, approachable solution for women’s health and fitness.

The visual identity was carefully developed to reflect natural rhythm and intuitive connection to the body. We chose a color palette anchored in soft earth tones—dusty rose, sage green, and warm neutrals—designed to evoke calm, confidence, and grounded femininity. These tones were balanced with clean, modern typography to communicate clarity, strength, and movement.

On social media, our content strategy was built around four key pillars:

  • Cycle Education – Carousels explaining the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how each impacts energy, strength, and recovery.

  • App Features & Updates – Posts announcing new functionalities and personalized programs inside the app.

  • Self-Care & Mindfulness – Bite-sized wellness advice and body-positive reminders focused on syncing movement with one’s natural flow.

  • At-Home Exercise Reels – Engaging video content with exercises tailored to each phase of the cycle, designed to be accessible and motivating.

The overall tone was inclusive, insightful, and gently motivating—created to resonate with women looking for more than a generic fitness solution. Through our branding and content efforts, Lunacycle communicates not just workouts, but a deeper, cyclical understanding of physical and emotional well-being.
